Sustainable Environment Education & Research Center in Lanyan Area (S.E.E.R.C.)

ABSTRACT

    The main issues in this project try to development the sustainable education system and research sustainable environments development in Lanyan Area.

This research project focuses on three parts:

1.¡uSustainable Campus & Building Project¡v
These parts of research try to study as the principals of green school is the participatory and ecomanagement of campus. And, we try to focus on ¡upolicy¡v,¡uteach¡v,¡ulife¡v,¡uspace¡vas the four issues of green school. These studies try to implement the issues and through these issues to find the best way to improve campus environment. Preliminarily, we use our campus as a study example and focus on campus physic environments¡Bwater resources management and sustainable principals.

2.¡uSustainable Campus & Community Development¡v
These parts of research try to study the education system on campus, discussion issues, the concept of planning and environment improvement issues. And also focus on the fields of sustainable Campus & Community development. By case studies on Campus & Community as an example to make sure these sustainable issues.

3.¡uSustainable Historical Imperative & Conserving Culture Development¡v
These parts of research try to study the ¡uconserving and reuse historical buildings¡vin Lanyan area as the issues of sustainable development, and the reuse and reactive of historical buildings, and as part of tourism development of community.
